Europska agencija za sigurnost hrane (EFSA) i Hrvatska agencija za poljoprivredu i hranu (HAPIH) organizirali su edukativnu kulinarsku radionicu. Cilj radionice je educirati potro\u0161a\u010de o sigurnom rukovanju hranom i smanjenju bacanja hrane. Sudionici radionice su na radionici u\u010dili kako pripremiti ukusna jela od ostataka hrane i tako smanje koli\u010dinu ba\u010dene hrane. Podaci iz \u010dlanka govore o tome kako se u Hrvatskoj na godi\u0161njoj razini baci oko 280 000 tona hrane, odnosno oko 72 kilograma po stanovniku. Navedeni podatak potvr\u0111uje Hrvatska agencija za poljoprivredu i hranu te Europska agencija za sigurnost hrane (EFSA).
