Prema izvje\u0161\u0107u, prosje\u010dna cijena po \u010detvornom metru iznosila je 2.754 eura, \u0161to predstavlja porast od 15,9 posto u odnosu na isto razdoblje prethodne godine. U \u010dlanku se navodi da su nekretnine koje prodaju trgova\u010dka dru\u0161tva i pravne osobe (bez POS stanova) imale prosje\u010dnu cijenu 2.766 eura po \u010detvornom metru te rast od 11,8 posto, dok su POS stanovi, koji \u010dine svega 0,8 posto prodaje, bili znatno jeftiniji u iznosu od oko 1.245 eura po \u010detvornom metru. \u010clanak daje i detalje po lokacijama; u Zagrebu je prosje\u010dna cijena bila 2.958 eura po \u010detvornom metru te je porasla za 4,5 posto, dok su u ostalim naseljima cijene bilje\u017eile porast od 22 posto i dosegle 2.511 eura po \u010detvornom metru.
